Treating our customers as we would want to be treated is a standard we have applied to the way we operate our business, and this can be seen through what and how we sell to our customers. Our salesmen do not work on a basis of commission, so we take ample time with each and every customer to answer all their questions and reply to any concern they may have.
The only products we carry are those that we have researched and are confident will provide years of trouble-free service. If a product doesn't perform to our satisfaction, or the company isn't trustworthy, we will not continue to carry that product.
We also have a large, beautiful showroom with many of our products on display. This allows the customer to see the different glass and color options; also, it gives them the opportunity to see and operate the product themselves before purchasing.
Yes. All of our salesmen have experience in construction and the installation of doors and windows. Because of their commission-free basis, you won't be confronted with any high pressure sales techniques. Our installers also have many years of experience and have installed our products in hundreds of homes like yours.
Home centers are mostly concerned with price and quantity, not necessarily quality. They buy large quantities of a common product so that they can sell at a lower price; however, their prices don't usually include all of the facets of the job, such as painting, finish, hardware, and installation.
