Lombard Couple ends Long Lasting Search for Affordable Doors and Windows

The Issue

Colleen and Tom White have lived in Lombard for many years. Over time, the couple became concerned about the degrading quality of their windows and doors. The existing windows were not properly sealed and moisture continually accumulated on the panes. Insulation was basic and largely ineffective. For varying reasons, over thirty windows would need to be either repaired or replaced.

The Hunt

After discovering that the original product supplier had gone out of business, the Whites began an earnest search for replacement windows and doors. To their dismay, many large manufacturers had such poor online reviews that the couple started to doubt that any local leads were trustworthy enough to use. Cold inquiries resulted in inflated quotes and the Whites were at their wit’s end.

The Fix
